ISBI 5

Chugging right along here....I have to admit, I'm having more fun with this than I thought I would.
Unfortunately for Stefan, the new baby is another girl, Nina.
Elaina is pretty delighted with her little sister, though she doesn't quite know what to do with her yet.

Stefan felt bad for Elaina being teased at school for her hair, so he treated his oldest to a makeover. Nina's checking out her sister's new threads.

More time passes, and Stefan finally gets the son he wanted, and he does indeed take little Reese fishing. (Side note - I had more screenshots from in between this picture and the last, but they seem to have disappeared on me. Also, Reese seemed to be a little bugged out. As soon as he started fishing here, everyone else on the lot froze up. I later took the family for an outing to the lounge, and the same thing happened - as soon as he actually performed some sort of action, everyone else froze. Not sure why this was happening, as it wasn't an issue on the home lot.)

Elaina grew up and became my new Torch Holder. She immediately set out on a search for a husband. She specifically wanted a rich husband. While her parents had done their best to provide for her, Nina, and Reese, their obsession with sports had taken over. The family sure did have a nice home gym, but the kids never had much in the way of toys. Elaina wanted something different for her own children.

She was hitting it off pretty well with Caiden here, but then she found out he was a Loner. That wasn't going to work - she already had a large family and wanted lots of children of her own.

She went to visit her brother Erich and met Shawn Bloom (the household I had tossed Erich in when he aged up).

She became quite smitten with him very quickly!

Aren't they adorable?
Shawn was apparently quite smitten as well, as he showed up the next day. Elaina was overjoyed to see him. He had great timing, as they were just about to celebrate Nina's birthday.
Elaina spends most of the party getting to know Shawn even more.

Poor Hollie. The kids keep playing the radio in her bedroom and she can't get any sleep. She snuck outside to catch a nap on a bench.

That's enough for now, I think. Lots more to cover though so I'll be back with that later.
